What's been most interesting for me is not just the improvements in strength, power speed but also in my coordination, flexibility, agility which are all now significantly better.  This has had an impact on my training and performance but also on my every day life.  I would definitely recommend Greg as a coach, the goals we set 10 months ago I have achieved and surpassed.  One of the main reasons I would recommend Greg is his ability to take on board all of the feedback that he receives, he's always interested in how everything is going outside of the gym as well as in it.  I get the impression that he really, genuinely cares not only about me achieving my goals but about me as a person. 

MATTHEW

I’d been training since my early 20s and never really found what I was looking for. I’d worked with PTs periodically and read the mainstream fitness magazines but never felt like I was building an understanding of my own body, how it works and how to train and look after it effectively. Eventually I ended up a Barry’s Bootcamp devotee, which was great fun and the red lighting flattered my ego, but it didn’t actually teach me anything. Then, after a bad cycling accident, I started working with Greg on the recommendation of a sports masseur friend, and it was like turning on a light for the first time. Suddenly, here was all the information, technical training, guidance and teaching I’d been looking for. 

Greg is awesome!  He’s the trainer I’d always been looking for but never knew how to find.

WILL

Since starting work with Greg, I have made significant steps to overcoming my associated structural pain, and am largely free of it; he has also helped me to understand my pain better and relate it to my emotional life which has enabled better management.  I have got significantly stronger and my aerobic capacity has improved immeasurably.  My body shape has changed and I am maintaining steady progress.  Above all, Greg has helped me to be consistent with my training, which is perhaps the most crucial element. 

CARINA

Greg is a great coach. He takes a holistic approach and looks at all aspects of your life including sleep, stress, nutrition, supplements, monthly cycle etc. I had an old knee and shoulder injury that was causing a lot of pain and he tailored my programme to strengthen my body to support these weaker areas. Within a few months I was stronger and fitter with no pain. He’s really well read and has a lot of insight and advice on loads of topics that impact your physical and mental health and having worked with a few coaches over the years it’s a breath of fresh air to work with someone that takes an integrated, tailored approach rather than just beasting you regardless of your personal requirements. Really nice bloke on top too!

I’ve been training with Greg for 3 years. I’ve never really stuck with a training programme that long in my life!! I’m a triathlete but wanted to learn to train differently, shifting to building proper core strength after years of cardio (and injury). Greg was very knowledgeable, disciplined and, with great patience, helped me lift, lunge and squat weights I would never have believed possible! I now feel fitter and stronger than ever - not bad as I head towards the dreaded big 60!! 😎💪🚴🏊‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

Greg is the most knowledgeable coach I know. He spends time getting to know all about you and how your body works. He trained me for Crossfit competitions and it was like he knew what was going to come up! I would highly recommend training with him, you will find your strength and confidence skyrocketing.

GRAEME SARJEANT

My goals were to lose some weight, build some muscle and improve my physique to point that I'm more confident overall.

I am now much stronger, much fitter and feel so much more confident - I can see and feel a real difference after 2 years working with Greg.

This process helped ingrain a new habit and new focus.  I now feel like training is part of my life.  It also helped me break away from long working days to achieve my training goals.

I would definitely recommend this style of training and Greg as a coach, it's helped me create focus I didn't know I could have and I have gained fitness I didn't know was possible.

Since working with Greg I’ve managed to regain flexibility and strength in my shoulder, where I’d been suffering from a winging scapula and I suffer much less from lower back pain. I’m more aware of posture generally and good technique while exercising. I’m stronger, fitter, trimmer and generally feeling better both physically and mentally.
